The medievel market town of Totnes is 6 miles. The Dart riversidevillage of Stoke Gabriel is 3 miles.

The downstairs accommodation is open plan and spacious and looks out onto peaceful views of the countryside from every room. Own side access to shared (with owner) tranquil woodland sloping garden with BBQ area and several seating areas. Off road parking. 

The coast is approx 1 mile and the historic fishing town of Brixham is within 3 miles. Nearby Dartmouth (by car Ferry) offers a vast range of nautical activity as well as easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The whole area is famous for its outstanding beauty with Dartmoor National Park easily accessible and outstanding coastal paths.  Torquay is approx. 6 miles.
